The history of Tower View dates back to medieval times, but nowadays the exquisite interior offers all the mod-cons of the twenty-first century. Sleeping 24 guests across 10 bedrooms, the house provides a wonderful retreat for large groups to enjoy a holiday, weekend celebrations or corporate events. The elegant, large entertaining spaces are ideal for celebration dinners, relaxing on the sofa by the fire and making the most of the entertainment with the games room, games barn and garden.
Two bedrooms and bathrooms are found on the ground floor, while on the first floor are five large bedrooms and four bathrooms, three of which are en-suite. On the second floor are three attic rooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The bedrooms are each sumptuous and unique, from grand, panelled Georgian rooms to those with a more rustic feel. The attention to detail runs through to the bathrooms, which are spacious with top-quality fittings throughout.
There’s no end of entertainment to keep all your guests occupied during your stay, including a Games Barn with table tennis, basketball and 5-a-side football. Toddlers will enjoy the assortment of play equipment and there’s a large screen TV and sound system for everyone’s entertainment. In addition, there is a games room on the first floor offering table football, pool table and computer set up with Wi-Fi. For quieter moments, settle down in the reading room with a book, or watch the TV with views out towards the sea.
Outside, the large lawn to the front of the house is perfect for a game of football, cricket or croquet. When you’re all out of energy, recharge your batteries at the rear of the house where the patio with barbecue is a great space for dining al fresco or summer sunbathing.
