The location of this lovely property is perfect for enjoying the area's beautiful sandy beaches and offers perfect walking and bird-watching opportunities in the nearby Clwydian hills as well as peaceful country lanes and footpaths from the doorstep. Victorian Llandudno, historic Conwy, with its majestic castle and the Snowdonia national park are all an enjoyable day trip.

Enter into this spacious and well presented country property into a fabulous, stylish fitted kitchen with electric AGA range oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher with a light and bright dining area with doors out to the garden and spectacular views. The freezer is tucked inside a walk in pantry, and heading back through the kitchen is a very handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a wet room with shower and WC. The lounge has plenty of comfortable seating for eight guests and is super cosy for relaxing evenings planning the next days activities with the lovely wood burner. A super addition is the sun room, with plenty of natural light flooding in and the perfect spot for morning coffee and a perusing the morning papers. Up to the first floor from the spacious hallway you will find four good sized bedrooms all with TV's. There are two king -size bedrooms, the third bedroom is a king-size zip and link bed (which can be configured as twin beds by arrangement) and the fourth bedroom a twin. There is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside there is a large patio area with private hot tub and a fantastic dining shelter and built in charcoal BBQ, perfect for Al-fresco dining whatever the weather. The large lawn will delight families and there is private off-road parking for five cars. There is also secure lockable storage for bikes.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Pack a flask of coffee and a slice of homemade cake and set off to explore the open fields and countryside trails leading from the property. The picturesque village of Llannefydd is within 0.5 miles, which is surrounded by sublime views of the surrounding landscape and patches of ancient forest. Venturing out by car, Abergele Pensarn is 8.5 miles away and has an impressive shingle beach, a promenade and a seasonal cafe to tempt visitors. The North Wales Cycle Network runs through this area, which keen cyclists will be delighted to join, whilst walkers will be able to follow the North Wales Path in either direction. Colwyn Bay, sitting 15 miles, away is a popular seaside resort made famous during the Victorian era, and now hosts a multitude of exciting attractions including a zoo, park, and iconic theatre. The beach itself has a spectacular stretch of golden sand with lots of eateries and amusements close by.

The location was a little out in the middle of nowhere but was accessible and the home itself was faultless. Would highly recommend.

A spacious and comfortable property in a beautiful location. There is good indoor and outdoor space for family or group gatherings and the hot tub was a great bonus. I would recommend this property and would definitely return for another visit.

We were perfectly happy with the cottage plenty of rooms to do your own thing in ie watch tv play games or quietly read The kitchen is fab to cook in as it is large with lots of workspace and storage the hot tub is lovely and hot and the outside seating areas are well thought out we had a lovely relaxed chill out time just what we wanted the pub isRead more accessible within a short walk and Llandudno and other great places are within a 30 minute drive Hide
