Explore the laid-back Lizard Heritage Coast with walking routes, secluded coves and beaches as well as quaint and towns and villages situated around the local area. Alternatively, enjoy the detached property, which is secluded and relatively remote, meaning groups of guests can enjoy some quality time together in peace. The nearest pub and shops are 3.5 miles away and just 500m down the road is a microbrewery, which is well worth a visit to pick up some craft beer.
The bright and airy property boasts two living rooms, each has a TV and one has a DVD player with plenty of cosy seating should you want to enjoy an evening in watching a film. The second living room has an open fire, an ideal spot for relaxing together after a busy day walking. A separate dining room has a table and chairs to seat all guests. The kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities required and plenty of surface space to prepare and cook meals. From the kitchen, French doors lead out to the garden. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one of which en-suite, two twin bedrooms and a separate shower room. The large gardens surrounding the property provide plenty of room for a kickabout with a football, or an opportunity to participate in lawn games. On the patio is a garden table and chairs for guests to dine alfresco in the sunshine.
