Comfortably accommodating ten guests over five bedrooms and a canine companion, who is welcome to come along to the countryside escape. Soak away the day in the superb private hot tub that boasts remarkable countryside views. Close to Barnstaple, the beach and with hundreds of walking and cycling opportunities on the doorstep, this home is ideally located. Just 4 miles away is the fantastic Exmoor Zoo, a great day out for all the family.

On approach, this quaint little stone house sits unassumingly against a stunning backdrop. Previously an engine house, it has been thoughtfully converted and is deceptively spacious. Park up in one of five car parking spaces. You enter this three-storey property on the first floor, where there are two super-king-size bedrooms with Smart TVs and en-suites, ideal for those taking some time out away from the group. Head down the stairs in the centre of the building into the open-plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is fully equipped for large groups, with plenty of storage, surface space, a double oven and breakfast bar. There is also a coffee machine with pods to set you up for the day ahead. Once you’ve cooked up a delicious meal, enjoy it at the ten-seater dining table and admire the views outside. The lounge has sumptuous sofas, a warming wood burner and a TV, for quiet nights in. Up to the third floor and you can choose from the further three rooms, each with en-suite and TV. Outside is an enclosed garden with a rolling lawn, a patio with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ. There is also a covered hot tub to relax in after a busy day exploring the Devonshire countryside.
