Escape to fabulous Cornwall and set up home in this detached barn for a holiday full of fun and laughter. The open-plan living style and great outdoor space is well suited to those with younger family members; you can keep an eye on their antics and let them run free outside! Explore both coast and country from this bolthole before returning home to indulge in a home-cooked meal rustled up in the gorgeously accommodating kitchen, where a yummy welcome pack awaits, before settling down in front of the wood burner for a relaxing and peaceful night. If al fresco dining is more your style, sizzle up a storm in the BBQ hut and soak in the hot tub after dark.

Reverse-level living means you will climb stairs to the first floor to find yourself in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Once here, kick back and relax on the sofa by the warming wood burner and steal a quiet moment away with a book. Exposed beams line the ceiling, dine beneath them in style and ponder the day's events before making exciting plans for tomorrow - that's if you aren't eating outside under the stars as children play on the play equipment and fill the air with laughter. After busy beach days, rinse salty hair and soak sandy feet in the family bathroom which is situated on the ground floor, then rest in one of the elegant ground floor bedrooms, three of which are king-size. Four of the five bedrooms have TVs so you can laze the mornings away should you want to plan a late start to the day.

We had a lovely stay here. Beware the doors are a little stiff (I couldnt get out at one point) and the BBQ hut wasnt clean so we didnt use it but the house itself was beautiful. Also be aware the wifi doesnt reach the bedrooms so a lot of the time theres no phone signal. Some will love that but for me, it was a problem when I was still trying to rRead moreun my business as I couldnt be contacted. However, we had a lovely time and would definitely return! Hide

A charming, lovely place to stay. Great amenities and location close enough to be able to drive to plenty of locations. Hot tub was hot and ready. The barn was spotless and very well furnished. Great place to entertain and get together.
