Find yourselves just 3 miles from Bideford, with its more extensive range of independent shops, as well as its pannier market, pubs and restaurants. Head out to discover the many beauty spots of this picturesque corner of Devon and find plenty of family attractions that younger members of your group will adore.

Make your way into the well-located building, letting yourself into your private accommodation. From the reception hall, discover two super-king-size bedrooms, both with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins if discussed in advance. One of these is perfect for children as it has an Xbox Series S and ultimate games pass for more than 100 games. There is also a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. Climb the stairs to find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which will quickly become the heart of the home during your stay here. Lose yourselves in the breathtaking coastal vistas through the enormous windows. Open the doors to the balcony to bring in a sea breeze. Settle on the sofas to gaze outside or enjoy a film on the SkyTV. Head over to the modern kitchen to make fresh coffee in the machine or whip up a tasty meal to enjoy together at the table. Catch the ferry over to Instow Beach from here in the high season.

This apartment is exceptional! Definitely luxurious with fantastic attention to detail. It was perfect for me and my family who all enjoyed the entertainment package that was included too. Location couldnt be better with the most stunning views of the coast and of course magical sunsets in the evening. I will definitely return and highly recommend Read moreit. Fantastic location and an exceptionally property that has a feel of being upmarket,luxurious and spacious. You will spend all day just looking at the spectacular view from the balcony and open plan living space. Plenty of room for a family of six. The apartment was very spacious with everyone to either be together or in their own area. The balcony was lovely and having the heater out there meant that we used it everyday and sat and enjoyed the view and the sound of the sea both in the day and in the evening.

This apartment is a genuine eight person space giving everyone enough personal space and equipment to live comfortably. The apartment is equipped to the highest standard and we enjoyed the location and views. The meet and greet was a nice touch as was the welcome pack. The communication was excellent. We had a glorious week in this beautiful apartment.
