Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom holiday home, which is set on the ground and first floor of the building, enjoys a truly enviable position right on the beach and captures commanding views out to sea. From here, step straight out to make sandcastles, have picnics and swim or paddle in the sea. Wander out to shops in the village or dine out in one of Westward Ho!’s eateries. Find yourselves just 3 miles from Bideford, with its more extensive range of independent shops, as well as its pannier market, pubs and restaurants. Head out to discover the many beauty spots of this picturesque corner of Devon and find plenty of family attractions that younger members of your group will adore.

Make your way into the well-located building, letting yourself into your private accommodation. From the reception hall, discover two super-king-size bedrooms, both with zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins if discussed in advance. One of these is perfect for children as it has an Xbox Series S and ultimate games pass for more than 100 games. There is also a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and a family bathroom. Climb the stairs to find an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which will quickly become the heart of the home during your stay here. Lose yourselves in the breathtaking coastal vistas through the enormous windows. Open the doors to the balcony to bring in a sea breeze. Settle on the sofas to gaze outside or enjoy a film on the SkyTV. Head over to the modern kitchen to make fresh coffee in the machine or whip up a tasty meal to enjoy together at the table. Find you have a handy utility room, with washer/dryer for swimming costumes and towels. Another super-king-size room is at this level. This has an en-suite shower room and magnificent views through more expansive windows. Soak up the scenery and enjoy the sea air over a drink out on the balcony, which has a patio heater. Take the children to splash in the sea pool, less than 100 metres away. Walk approximately 400 metres to reach the fringes of Northam Burrows Country Park, with its magnificent sand dunes. Have an afternoon out in Appledore, 3 miles away, where you can potter in the shops and galleries and have a tasty meal out together in a friendly restaurant or cafe. Catch the ferry over to Instow Beach from here in the high season.

Book it, you won't regret it! The views are fabulous, the wifi works perfectly even with everyone using it. The kitchen was as well equipped as mine at home. The welcome pack was lovely, milk, prosecco, chocolate, biscuits and some playing cards. Bed linen and towels are all top quality. The sofa's and beds are comfy. This is the most beautiful property weve ever stayed! Gorgeous large rooms, comfy beds and an amazing view. We enjoyed a wonderful week with our close family (including four teenagers) at this outstanding property. The location is fantastic and allows for easy access to the unique sea pool; the wide expanse of beach; the coastal paths and a wide range of cafes and restaurants. If you are looking for the perfect place for a holiday you can do no better than this one at Nassau Court. I have been on many self catering holidays and this is by far the best place we have been to. So, if you want to spoil yourself you can choose no better.

Images dont do this apartment justice! The views are amazing topped off with being easily the best equipped vacation property Ive ever been in. In terms of location, I would recommend Westward Ho! to anyone, beach is great and not overly crowded. In addition, there are allot of great places to visit within a reasonable commute.

The apartment was very spacious with everyone to either be together or in their own area. The balcony was lovely and having the heater out there meant that we used it everyday and sat and enjoyed the view and the sound of the sea both in the day and in the evening.
