Sleep up to eight guests in the four bedrooms and explore the Hartland Cornwall Heritage Coast in the daytime. Golden, sandy beaches are just 2 miles away which are ideal for a dip in the sea or an amble along the cliff tops. Or for a spot of shopping or a meal out, head to the charming seaside town of Bude. On a warm summer's evening, fire up the BBQ and host a celebratory garden party. Pull open the glass patio doors and extend the spacious open-plan kitchen/diner to the outdoor space to create a flowing sociable area for dancing, drinking and dining. Finish the evening by jumping into your swimming costume and watching the stars from the hot tub.

After a long day exploring the local area, kick off your shoes and hang your jacket up in the hallway. Feel the warmth from beneath your toes from the underfloor heating and continue into the open-plan, triple-aspect lounge/kitchen/diner. This space has a laid-back atmosphere with sparkling flooring, and contemporary decor featuring subtle hints of cheerful colours, amongst the wooden furnishings and base neutral tones. Natural light pours in through the tall windows, glass patio doors and skylights. The sitting area has three comfortable sofas surrounding a Smart TV and you can help yourself to logs to throw on the wood burner. Across the room is the contrasting dark and light kitchen with handcrafted units, granite surface tops and an island with a breakfast bar. There is also a long wooden dining table for sitting at for special mealtimes with your guests. Additional seating can be found in the snug, which is ideal for having some time alone with a good book or catching up on TV shows on the Smart TV. There is also a utility room and bathroom downstairs. Climb the staircase to reach the stylish glass-balustraded landing and four bedrooms – a super-king-size, two king-size and a twin room. There are also two en-suites and a family bathroom with a roll-top bath. Outside is a decked area, lawn and a stream running past on the other side of a fence. Dine alfresco on the garden furniture and take full advantage of the hot tub.

This property is located in the charming village of Poughill, on the outskirts of Bude. Head to the seashore – Crooklets Beach is just 1.5 miles away. From here, you can walk north or south along the coastal path to discover spectacular views of the ocean, coves and landmarks. The town of Bude (2 miles) is packed full of things to see and do. You could visit the 19th-century castle, go for a swim in Bude Sea Pool or enjoy a stroll along the river and canal. It’s also an excellent place for dining out, grabbing a Cornish pasty or an ice cream.

A lovely modern house in a new development, with a nice hot tub as a welcome addition. Walking distance up the hill to the local pub (great food and range of drinks). Parking at front of house is shallow and quite steep. Good location for exploring Bude and the local area. Would recommend Widemouth Bay and Tintagel for a nice day out. Wifi through Read morethe property, smart TV's, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, generous welcome hamper, and house spotless. Owner great. Would recommend! Hide

The most stunning house, even better than the photos! We had the best time away, perfect location to go to so many lovely beaches, local pub is brill. We felt so comfortable at this house, it had everything we needed. Welcome hamper was a lovely touch. We cant wait to return!

Just great, great size and finish. Location is great and made a wonderful base for our week. Drive is a little steep but access on and off will be made better once the access road has its surface course laid.

Really clean and excellent location about 20 mins walk from centre of Bude. Well decorated with open lay out that meant enough space for everyone. Would definitely book again.

This house was fantastic for us to holiday as a family of 8. It has absolutely everything you need. The hot tub was brilliant. House was lovely and clean. Loved the open plan living. Beds were amazing! Perfect for beach days. A 30 min walk to the beach and Bude town. Plenty of shops a short drive away. Would highly recommend.

This house is fabulous, it's close to shop and a pub . You can walk into Bude from here. The house has everthing a family wants . The host left a fabulous welcome package even one for the dog. Spent 3 nights here it's a fab location if you wanted to spent more time here. I would Highly recommend this place for families.

Holly Tree House was all we expected and more, Wendy was a fantastic host. The house has been furnished to a very high standard with lovely soft furnishings and finishing touches, everything has been very well thought of. We had a lovely time exploring Bude and the surrounding areas and the sunny weather was a bonus. We would love to return.
