Lovely spacious, clean and modern house. Well equipped and comfortable. Fantastic views from the garden. Around half an hour in the car to get to Exmouth or Teignmouth beaches. Closer to Exeter and local amenities within 5 minutes. Lots to do in the area for all ages. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilltop. The view from the back garden was spectacular and we ate outside as much as we could to make to most of it. Due to the location we were able to enjoy days out in Exeter, Topsham and Lyme Regis as well as hill walking and cycling the Exe trail. The house was very clean and well equipped and spacious, with some nicRead moree little extras like the bbq & garden games. Great for families. Highly recommended and would stay again if visiting Exeter. Hide

We booked as a party of six and can only say that the pictures on the website do not do this property justice. It is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The rooms, the kitchen, the garden, everything was a joy. There is a bit of a hill to and from the town and the train station (perfect for trips out with no driving/parking), but there were always taxiRead mores available for when we didn't fancy the walk back. We ate in most nights, courtesy of provided bbq but the Proper Job restaurant is also top notch. Hide

This property is absolutely excellent. It was spotlessly clean on our arrival and the ingredients for a cream tea were provided which was a lovely touch. The views are stunning and never failed to raise our spirits when returning to the house. The house is well well equipped and all rooms are a very generous size. We were very comfortable. The house is in a wonderful location with amazing views, and is also very conveniently placed to explore Devon. Nicely kitted out and a very spacious layout - we really enjoyed our time in the house.
