The Swannery provided inspiration to ballerina Anna Pavlova when she was working on her movements for Swan Lake, and parts of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince were also filmed there.
To get into this beautiful property walk up a couple of steps and through the porch and you’ll find yourself in the wooden floored hall. This leads into the cosy living room with a large stone fireplace held up by the original beams complete with the latest technology and comfortable furnishings that perfectly combine both original and contemporary stylings. French doors then lead into a triple aspect dining room and access to the rear garden of the property – two steps down from the living room you will find the kitchen which comes complete with a six-ring hob, cooker, fridge, washing machine, microwave, freezer, dishwasher and radio adjacent to this room also enjoys triple aspect windows that allow plenty of natural light to enter. There is also a utility room, a downstairs bathroom and a bedroom complete with en-suite. Moving upstairs, there is a further three bedrooms all having the ceiling height reduced due to the eaves of the property.
