Just a short stroll from a beautiful sandy beach, pretty harbour and a fine selection of shops and eateries its also just a short drive or scenic cycle ride from the charming Victorian seaside town of LLandudno which boasts a myriad of family attractions including the longest pier in Wales, a theatre, a cable car to the Great Orme Summit, open bus tours and a wide range of shops and restaurants. Great day outs in the Snowdonia national park with its excellent selection of outdoor pursuits and fabulous mountain scenery is also easily accessible.

Enter this fabulous coastal property into a spacious entrance hall and step through into the superb open-plan kitchen/diner with stunning coastal views, The kitchen is very well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, and dishwasher, a large island divides the kitchen from the dining area where the table takes center stage and a TV, from here double doors take you into the lounge with comfortable sofas, a cosy wood burner and large patio doors out on to the enclosed rear garden. There are two ground floor bedrooms both with king-size beds, one room has fabulous sea views whilst the second has garden views and an en-suite shower room and WC. Completing the ground floor is the family bathroom with a feature oval bath and WC. Head upstairs and you will find two further bedrooms a king-size with TV and a twin along with a shower room with shower and WC, all the rooms on this floor have sloping ceilings and velux windows.

Outside there is a large enclosed garden to the rear, with a patio and lawn, whilst at the front the lawned garden has spectacular views over the bay. There is off road parking for two cars , but please be aware that the driveway is sloping and narrow, there is always plenty of parking available just outside on the road.

The property itself was superb it suited our family well with children and a wheelchair user. We could not have sorted things out better if we planned the house ourselves
