You can enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery by taking a ride on the North Norfolk Steam Railway, which runs from the town to the Victorian seaside resort of Sheringham (7.5 miles). Other nearby attractions include the National Trust sites of Felbrigg (9 miles), Blickling Hall (11 miles), Holkham Estate (14 miles), Pensthorpe Natural Park (12 miles), and Blakeney Point (5.5 miles), where you can take a boat ride out to see the country's largest colony of grey seals.

Party of 7, large and well equipped property in a great location, coast is a few miles away and town of Holt a short distance. We have 2 teenage girls so activities are paramount and why we love the area. Fossil hunting, Archery, paddle boarding and were lucky to coincide with racing at Caister. Great beaches at West Runton and Wells, great restaurRead moreants would recommend the George and Dragon at Cley and Duncow at Salthouse though many others including Wiverton Bell. Would recommend. An absolutely gorgeous family home. Spacious and cosy. The location was very good.. not too far from the beach and Holt itself is very quaint and has some lovely boutiques and cafes. Such a pleasure to stay at this home. We will definitely be back! Thank you.
