There is much to see and do in the area with attractions which include The Big Sheep, The Milky Way and Watermouth Castle.
Entering the property from the parking area down a number of external stairs and entering the property through the large enclosed rear garden where you are met by the spacious lounge area which allows you to pull back the bi folding doors and let the children roam free, from here you can also access the private hot tub with breath-taking views. This will allow you to enjoy a glass or two of bubbles whilst taking in those breath-taking views across the bay. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a large dining room to cater for all as well as a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. You don’t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you. From the hallway, which connects the kitchen and dining room, there is a sun-room which doubles up as a children’s game room, where after a fun filled day at the beach the children have their very own space to go and relax and enjoy a game or two on the Wii. Downstairs there is also a separate WC. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, a king-size with stunning views across the bay and its very own en-suite shower room with shower and WC, king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request), a double and a twin. You will also find the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.
Venture outside you will find a large enclosed rear garden area with private hot tub. There is also a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ located to the side of the property which has easy access to the kitchen, perfect for outside dining. Ample off-road parking is available in the gravelled parking area.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
