Set in the idyllic seaside location of St. Ives, this combination of two properties, which share a door for ease, is a brilliant place for large families or groups of friends to stay together without compromising on space. The town has a total of four beautiful beaches which are all within a mile of the property: Porthmeor, Porthgwidden, Harbour Beach and Porthminster, all of which are great for families and provide endless hours of entertainment. In the town itself, there is St. Ives Tate, a selection of independent shops and cafes and quaint cobbled streets which invite you to wander for hours. For a scenic and exciting trail along the coast, take the South West Coast Path route and walk to Carbis Bay (just over 1 mile) for a refreshing swim in the calm waters.

The first of the properties has a Mediterranean feel with the entrance through the courtyard leading to the open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with bi-fold doors. The lounge has comfortable seating and a TV for lazy evenings in, while the kitchen is a great space to cook up a feast to be served indoors or out. Completing the ground floor, there is a master double bedroom and a shower room with a WC. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms: one is a double and the other a twin with two 3’ beds, both rooms have TVs. A second shower room with a WC also sits on the first floor. Next door but accessed via an adjoining door, the former art gallery building is all set on one level and is full of character with original features throughout. The living room has two sofas, a feature inglenook fireplace and a Smart TV for entertainment. For dining, the kitchen/diner is well equipped and has a dining table for meals together and access to a pretty courtyard area where there is also an orangery. The first of the bedrooms has a 4’6” double bed and a 3’ single bed as well as ample storage. This room also benefits from an en-suite shower room featuring a WC and a relaxing rainfall shower head. Finally, the second bedroom has another 4’6” bed and access to the family bathroom.

The properties each have their own outdoor courtyard space with comfortable garden furniture. These spaces are enclosed and have an array of pretty plants. There is also a shed full of beach equipment that guests can use.
