Found in St Wenn, 5 miles from Wadebridge, it's within 12 miles of attractions such as the Eden Project, the historic Pencarrow House and Garden, Bodmin Jail, Springfield Fun Park and the Camel Creek Family Theme Park. And The Retallack Resort and Spa is just 5 miles away, where you can take part in water sports including the Flow Rider and Cornwall's only artificial wave machine.

The cosy lounge features a wood burner, shuttered period windows, elegant sofas, a bookshelf and a desk. A traditional AGA range cooker is the focal point of the kitchen, which has butcher’s block storage, a sleek wine cooler, a Belfast sink and a breakfast bar seating two. Meals prepared here can be enjoyed in the separate, light and spacious dining room. Also on this level, are a utility room with a washer/dryer and dishwasher, and a shower room. Upstairs, there are two king-size bedrooms (one with an en-suite WC), a double, a twin and a bathroom.

The garden is enclosed by paddock-style fencing, walls and a gate. A lawned area is furnished with an eco hot tub, a bench seat and picnic tables; a door from the dining room leads to a sheltered, sunken, gravelled area with a parasol and table, perfect for al fresco dining.

A really lovely farmhouse. The most comfortable beds. Beautifully decorated. Wonderfully quiet. Cows in the field next door. Will be returning.

Comfortable and well appointed house in a wonderful peaceful setting. If I had to move house then I would choose here.

Fantastically well equipped property in a great location to be able to explore Cornish coast and countryside alike. Huge hit with the kids and the pup. Fantastic Scandinavian style wood fired hot tub to ease aching muscles after active days and to sit back and watch the shooting stars from. Couldnt ask for more
