On arrival, you'll find a contemporary property surrounded by lawn, an excellent spot for young ones to play. Head straight upstairs on entrance, where the lounge area and kitchen can both be found on the first floor. The comfy living room offers plenty of space for relaxing on the sofas and a stunning sea view reaches right out across the Channel. Across the corridor, you'll find an open-plan kitchen and dining space, where a generous oak dining table provides space to entertain in close proximity to the kitchen. Feed younger children with ease without having to leave the kitchen, or head onto the wonderous balcony and dine alfresco. This first floor offers one double bedroom with large windows and a sea view that you'll dream of waking up too, whilst the further double and two cosy singles can be found on the ground floor.

The location and seaview from the upstairs living room and ensuite bedroom are delightful and the spacious combined kitchen/diner/living room ideal for 6 or 8. The creaky floorboards when moving about upstairs can disturb young children not yet asleep in the 3 downstairs bedrooms. The Cottage was in a lovely location with great views and very quite, ideal for relaxing. Straight out the back gate and you are right on the coastal path or a short walk into town via the road. The cottage had everything we required and was very spacious.

The property is clean, comfortable, has stunning views over the sea form the upstairs lounge and balcony. The four grandchildren loved the 'secret path' from the garden down to the cove and went rock-pooling every day. Plenty of places to visit on the Isle of Wight all only a short drive away. Property ideally located for Botanical Gardens and VentRead morenor itself. (not walkable for elderly or those with mobility issues as drive extremely steep.) Local pub, Spy Glass, has excellent food. Hide

Lovely cottage well equipped and stocked. Very clean although the location was a bit far out the views from the sitting room were stunning. The balcony was a perfect place to sit and admire the views.
