In the ancient manor of Treworgey, near the market town of Liskeard and beaches that adorn the south coast of Cornwall. This estate lies nestling in 110 acres of beautiful pasture and woodland. Take time to relax in fine surroundings of the grounds or the beautiful nearby villages. Outdoor swimming pool, games room, tennis court and boules all onsite

A variety of popular sandy beaches and attractions including Lanhydrock House and Siblyback Reservoir with its many watersport opportunities are within easy reach. On the south coast are the pretty fishing villages of Looe and Polperro to explore. The town of Fowey nestles on the estuary and offers sea fishing, boat trips, scenic coastal walks and a wide choice of restaurants. The beaches to the north are also within easy reach and offer world class surfing. This excellent location, on the edge of Bodmin Moor, offers some fantastic walks including the Two Valleys Walk. Nature trails, golf and riding can also be found close by. The market town of Liskeard is close by and offers many useful amenities.

On entering this impressive barn conversion you will find yourself in the spacious hallway, a perfect area for kicking off those muddy boots or hanging coats. On this level is the shower room with shower and WC. A few steps down take you to the spacious lounge complete with exposed beams, wooden floors, open fire, Smart TV/DVD and billiard table. This is a fantastic space for entertaining the family or relaxing on the large sofas catching up on your favourite TV series after a long day. Through the lounge you will come to the kitchen/diner, another impressive room with dining table large enough for 8 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Upstairs you will find the four bedrooms. 1 super-king size with en-suite bath with handheld shower and WC, 1 king-size and 2 twins. All of which have been finished with homely touches and retain much of the original charm of the building, A family bathroom services these bedrooms and comprises of bath with hand held shower attachment and WC.

Outside the property benefits from an enclosed garden area with decking, garden furniture and BBQ, a fantastic area for alfresco dining or just soaking up the warmer evenings. There is an array of facilities onsite including a shared heated outdoor salt water pool (open from beginning of May to end of September), tennis court and boules court. There is also a shared games room, for those rainy days with pool, table football and darts board. Or why not wander the grounds of the 110 acre site with woodlands and streams. A handy utility room is located near to the accommodation with shared washing machine and tumble dryer. Ample off road parking available.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

We returned again this year to Treworgey manor (Coach house) after a great holiday last year and again we were not disappointed , had a great time walking in the private grounds and the grandchildren loved the private pool

The Coach House was excellent. Set in beautiful grounds , the holiday cottage was very peaceful.There were eight of us staying and there was plenty of space for us all. It was very clean and we found everything we needed over the week . The scones , cream and jam were a lovely touch . The swimming pool was great , we used it everyday but one . The Coach House at Treworgey Manor is the perfect destination to relax and enjoy the grounds and facilities. Beautiful pool, tennis court and snooker table, we had a lot of fun. A good location to visit the well known villages of Fowey, Looe and Polperro. When we choose a cottage the first thing we tick in the search is a swimming pool (inside or outside) hence we were a little disappointed that the swimming pool was out of service for 50% of the week, it became unusable on the bank holiday Monday and was not fixed until Thursday, we appreciate it was a bank holiday weekend however the reason we havRead moree given Equipment and Value a low score is because after the number of bedrooms, the swimming pool is the next major item we look for Hide
