Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boasts a three mile long golden sandy beach, pubs, restaurants and shops. As well as Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park, Watermouth Castle and the National Trust's Arlington Court.

Prepare to be impressed with the style and space, on entering the property you are greeted with a wide entrance hall leading to a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The Regency style of this house offers high ceilings and large picture windows flooding each room with natural light. Relax, cook and dine in this bright social space, well-equipped with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a  very hand utility room with freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining area has a large table ideal for family feasting and the lounge area has comfy sofas, wood burner and Smart TV which beckons you to just chill out. Seating and a drinks fridge means this is where the sporting challenges start, there is something for everyone. The bedrooms are all situated on the first and second floor as you climb the wide staircase to the first floor you come to a half landing with a shower room with shower and WC. Up the stairs to the first floor there are three bedrooms, one twin room and one king-size with an en-suite shower and WC and views over the town. A further super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with en-suite shower and WC. Carrying on to the second floor there are a further three bedrooms, one double, one single and the master bedroom which has a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) this room has sea views and an en-suite shower and WC. Stepping outside there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ, giving easy access to the coastal footpath. At the front of the property is off-road parking for four cars. There is also an outside shower and tap ideal for rinsing off wetsuits or sandy toes and paws.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
