Lovely, clean, comfortable, spacious and still cosy cottage in the Cornish countryside. Although it was on a working farm you still were away from it all and yet the owners around if needed. Rachel and Mervyn were lovely and made us feel welcome, including letting the kids play with the new puppies. However the photos and description does not accurately reflect the property (e.g. the play area is separate and not visible from the house).

It was a great holiday and the property was superb and perfect for our needs. We had 12 people, 4 small children. 4 separate family groups and managed to all fit comfortably.
