This set of two coastal apartments offers stylish interior design, breath-taking sea views and an enviable North Devon location.

Situated in an elevated position overlooking popular Woolacombe, this property is the perfect choice for beach lovers with the sandy stretches of Croyde and Saunton just around the corner. After a day in the surf head to nearby Ilfracombe to dine in the quayside restaurants or browse the independent shops. Not only is this area a surfer’s paradise, but it also offers spectacular walks and cycle routes along the famous South West Coast Path, Tarka Trail and through Exmoor National Park. During your stay, the other local attractions of Watermouth Castle, Lynton Cliff Railway and National Trust Arlington Court are all well-worth a visit.

The apartments are located on the first and second floors of the building. Decorated by a local interior designer, the accommodation combines contemporary luxury with mid-century furnishings and a strong focus on its coastal location throughout.

The second-floor apartment is accessed via two flights of external steps and boasts a large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This is a spectacular room featuring exposed brickwork, modern furniture and large bi-folding doors to really make the most of the breath-taking sea views. The contemporary kitchen area contains an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Dine at the breakfast bar or on the balcony before settling down for the night in the inviting lounge area, where you will find comfortable seating, and a TV/DVD and Sky (basic package). There are three bedrooms in this apartment, one king-size with stunning views and an en-suite shower room, a further king-size and en-suite Jack and Jill bathroom shared with one bunk bedroom with TV.

The first-floor apartment is accessed via a flight of steps and offers spacious and stylish open-plan accommodation with a rustic coastal theme throughout. In the contemporary kitchen area, you will find an electric double oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Dine at the large reclaimed timber table that enjoys beautiful vistas on two sides through the bi-folding doors, which offer an al fresco feel when opened in the summer. After a busy day, unwind on the comfortable sofas while making the most of the TV/DVD. There are three further bedrooms in this apartment, one king-size and an en-suite shower room, plus one king-size zip and link bedroom (can be made into a twin on request) that shares a Jack and Jill en-suite bathroom with a small double bedroom. The purpose of this holiday was to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary with all eleven members of our family. The ages ranged from 6 to 73 and Seasons was the ideal property to accommodate everybody's needs. We would certainly recommend this property and look forward a possible return.
