An archway leads into a further storage area beyond with a second sink area and ample storage space for supplies, and a door from the kitchen leads out into the courtyard area. There is also a downstairs separate WC. Stairs from the main hallway lead up to the first floor where there is the master bedroom with a sumptuous super-king-size bed, armchairs for relaxing and admiring the sea view and a decadent en-suite bathroom with roll-top bath, large shower, WC and chaise longue. Stairs wind their way up to the second floor where there is a second super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request) and has a beautiful roll-top bath positioned in the bedroom below the window where you can watch the world go by whilst having a long hot soak, there is also an en-suite WC. On this floor, there is also a king-size bedroom and a shower room with shower and WC. A final climb to the third floor takes you to a further super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom, (which can be made into a twin on request), a bunk bedroom and a separate shower room with shower and WC.

Outside, the garden has two different areas to enjoy. There is a terraced area outside the front of the property which is a sun trap for most of the day and at the rear of the property is a cosy cooling courtyard garden with fernery, water feature, and a large table and chairs with overhead lighting which provides the perfect retreat on a hot summers day for external dining. Parking is available at two nearby 24-hour car parks (charges apply), however, you can unload luggage from your car directly outside the property. There is also a small amount of unrestricted roadside parking at the top of road
