This stylish detached barn conversion offers luxury accommodation with far reaching countryside views. Quietly situated down a private lane in a beautiful rural setting, yet is within easy reach of the coast.

This stylish detached barn conversion is a luxurious home-from-home deep in the countryside. Sleeping eight over four bedrooms, it's the perfect place for active family get-togethers. The rolling Dorset downland is all around, with a network of footpaths taking you out on long family walks, and the beach is within easy day-trip distance. But if you don't want to leave to get your fresh-air fix, no problem. This high-spec property has an equally high-spec outdoor space. And if the weather turns, you'll have everything you need to enjoy indoor family fun.

As you'd expect from a barn conversion, the property has a spacious open-plan living area with lots of original features. You'll never feel as if you're on top of each other here. There is an impressive apex ceiling with exposed beams and, for that real wow factor, chandeliers. Come in summer and you'll love the French doors out to the terrace and garden. In winter, you'll keep warm by snuggling up around the wood burner and enjoying the views. There's also underfloor heating throughout the property. The lounge area has comfy sofas with space for everyone and a TV to keep you entertained in the evening. There is a dining area with a large table, with ample space to gather. It's the perfect place for hearty breakfasts planning your day, or lazy evenings of food, wine and conversation. The kitchen area has all you'll need to keep all the family fed and watered in style, with an impressive range cooker at its heart and a breakfast bar for sociable cooking. There is a separate utility room. All four bedrooms have king-size beds that convert to two singles, giving you complete flexibility on how you use the space. Every bedroom comes with a TV and an en-suite bathroom too, meaning there's lots of scope for privacy when you need it. And they all have wonderful views to wake up to. Outside, the sunny south-facing terrace has more of those amazing views, a BBQ and garden furniture. It's the perfect place to spend a summer afternoon. The summerhouse doubles as a games room, with a table tennis table and its own fridge, so no need to trek back to the house when you want a cold drink.
