The seaside village of Portreath has a superb sandy beach, popular with surfers and families alike, and it is just a stone's throw from the front door of this property. There is a selection of shops and pubs to choose from in the village, so if you don't want to drive you don't have to, as everything you need is close by. If you do decide to explore further afield, the location of the property makes much of Cornwall easily accessible, particularly via the A30. Head to the cobbled streets of St Ives, surfer's haven Newquay, the Eden Project, or even Land's End, England's most westerly point. With fantastic views of the sea and beach, particularly from the living areas, and panoramas across the coast line and the village itself,  you can relax in your holiday home admiring the landscape come rain or shine.

This reverse-level property is the perfect place for all the family. Head up to the first floor and create a special meal in the well-equipped kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy a family meal in the social dining area with views across Portreath village and towards the sea. Head to the cosy lounge area with vaulted ceiling and superb windows giving views across to the sea - get the wood burner going and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV with full Sky package after a day creating memories on the beach. Sit in the conservatory and watch the world go by or admire the sunset or the views across the beach and Portreath village. The children amongst you can head up to the mezzanine level games room and enjoy a game of pool or laze around the Smart TV on bean bags. When you’re ready for a good night’s sleep, head to one of the four bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two king-size bedrooms and one super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request). Completing the ground floor is a contemporary bathroom with a separate shower, WC and spa bath perfect to unwind in after a busy day exploring. Head up to the second floor which boasts the master suite with a super-king-size sleigh bed, dressing area, walk-in wardrobe and generous en-suite with rainwater shower and WC.

Heading outside from the conservatory, the property has a seating area on the terrace with spectacular views across the sea and village making this a lovely spot to dine alfresco or cook up a storm on the BBQ. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Please note there is a refundable £500 security deposit for this property payable closer to the start of your holiday.

Beautiful location with amazing views over the coast. Portreath is very quite so dont expect much from the town but its not far from other more lively locations. There are maintenance issues which Im sure will be fixed, but bring all cleaning products and toilet rolls as none were left, ( small amount of loo roll). Very enjoyable holiday.

Fantastic property with wonderful views over the bay. There is an outdoor seating area as well as the amazing conservatory. Easy access to local amenities. However the steps up and down to the road are hard work if you are not a fit person and there isn't a footpath when you get to the bottom.
