The vast living spaces in this beautiful barn conversion will bring light and inspiration to your next special gathering. Bring family or friends (or both) to the sweeping, soaring countryside of North Wales and make a home in this luxury pad, complete with indoor tennis court and cinema room.

Step inside the barn and its traditional facade gives way to spacious, light-filled rooms that blend contemporary design and classic country romance. Begin in one of the social hubs of the house: the open-plan kitchen and dining room. The kitchen is perfect for party cooking, with a large bar area in the centre so guests can relax and sip cocktails while the designated chef impresses around them. The dining table sits in the sunroom, so you can enjoy panoramic views of the countryside. Relax in the lounge beside the wood burner, retire for movie night in the cinema room, or get the party started by crafting a signature cocktail at the bar area. It might not occur to you to go to bed ‘til the early hours but, when you do, a collection of peaceful, indulgent bedrooms is here for you. A king-size room with en-suite sits on the ground floor, ideal for rolling into bed from the festivities. A pair of staircases lead up to the first floor, where there are four further bedrooms offering luxurious furnishings and fresh colours — a super-king that unzips into two twin beds, a bunk bedroom, a twin room, and another super-king with an en-suite bathroom and a dressing area. The space outside the property is lush and green — 40 acres of grassland that blends into the surrounding countryside and will make you feel like you’re living in nature. With an enclosed courtyard, patio with BBQ, and indoor sports area, there’s something for each one of your guests to enjoy.

The house is very comfortable and well equipped. The garden is lovely and the tennis court is fantastic. I was worried that the house would not actually be as good as the pictures, but it is even better than the photos show.

Really impressed with 3 Borders Barn. It was incredibly clean, very stylish and spacious and had a beautiful view. There didn't seem to be anything that the owner hadn't thought of to make our stay comfortable and all in our party of 8 had a lovely week. The location was spot on - great for exploring Wales, Cheshire and Shropshire.
