A lovely view over the river with plenty to see, in a well equipped house but be aware that this property is at the bottom of a very steep hill (and parking is at the top) so you need to be pretty fit. Lovely place, very well equipped house with terrific views from the lounge and great morning sunshine spots in the garden. It does take a bit of logistical planning around ferry times to eat in Fowey, as limited evening options in Polruan, but once youre organised it all works absolutely fine.
