A lovely view over the river with plenty to see, in a well equipped house but be aware that this property is at the bottom of a very steep hill (and parking is at the top) so you need to be pretty fit. We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Good facilities and location and stunning view from the property. Lovely place, very well equipped house with terrific views from the lounge and great morning sunshine spots in the garden. It does take a bit of logistical planning around ferry times to eat in Fowey, as limited evening options in Polruan, but once youre organised it all works absolutely fine.

Gorgeous house. Only thing was the garden is quite steep with lots of steps. So if you have a large older dog. Was hard work helping her up the stairs to the garden.
