This was a wonderful cottage done out to a high specification. Perfect for a family getaway with kids. The top floor caters perfectly for the little ones (although probably not great for pre-2 year olds as the stairs are a bit steep). The outside space is wonderful and lovely area. We would definitely re-book in the future.

A lovely property in an amazing position with beautiful gardens. Ideal for young children to enjoy and they did (aged 2 - 8). Well equipped with tree house, trampoline, football goal, swings etc. Lots of places to visit - a vineyard, gin distillery and Aborateum, which everyone loved. The AGA kept the kitchen warm and inviting. The quiet sitting roRead moreom was enjoyed by some of the adults, while the children were supervised in the other sitting room which was quipped with tv and toys. Hide

This beautiful old house was perfect for our party of eleven (aged 10 to 85). The top floor was perfect for the youngest members of the party and the bedrooms on the middle floor were lovely. The kitchen was very well equipped. Although the weather was cold, we were never cold, thanks to the efficient heating and log fire.
