Everything you could possibly want for entertaining a large family reunion. The grounds offer excellent photo settings and plenty of scope for childrens activities. The large bedrooms give a quite space to retreat from the family chaos if needed, and the the downstairs rooms are large enough for everyone to congregate.

An amazing place - rich in history and a spectacular house, but homely and comfortable. Don't expect a 5 star hotel (not our thing anyway) - it's more like staying at a relative's country pile (if you were lucky enough to have such a relative!). Extremely well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, beautiful countryside for walks, and a huge house to Read morerelax and have fun in. Hide

Sheafhayne Manor was ideal for a large group with dogs with plenty of room in the house and a large secure garden. Most rooms had en-suite facilities or a dedicated bathroom, the games facilities were great for a mixed age group and the whole property was very comfortable.

The house is huge, but still seems homely and welcoming; we felt at ease using the house as home for our extended family celebrations and the garden and grounds are fabulous! Everyone now wants a Butlers Pantry - which made a great storeroom for provisions. We loved staying here!
