This stunning property has been lovingly furnished to provide a comfortable home from home. With an array of amenities close-by and conveniently close to the M5, it provides for a fun-filled holiday.

Guests of all ages can gather here for a stylish countryside getaway which is guaranteed to keep everyone entertained. The farmhouse, which sleeps 14 across seven bedrooms, is spacious and characterful, and has plenty to do on-site, with a skittle alley, snooker table, and private hot tub, as well as an outdoor children's play area. Taunton town centre is a 2.5-mile drive away, convenient for stocking up on supplies and spending a pleasant day out visiting the museum, going to the theatre, and grabbing a drink or bite to eat in one of the many cafes and restaurants.

Enter by the side door, and step into the charming kitchen diner, with exposed wooden beams, an AGA (operational October to March inclusive), and wood burner set back into an inglenook fireplace. It's sure to be the social hub of the house, with enough room for everyone around the table, to share stories and ideas for the days ahead over a hearty home-cooked meal. Cosy down in one of the two lounges, both with soft seating to curl up on and watch TV as you relax. When it's raining, or you simply want a day at ease inside, then head for the games area, available from 10am to 10pm daily. All ages will feel the thrill of competition as they set up a snooker tournament and challenge one another to a game in the delightful antique skittle alley. After a day of excitement, and when you're ready for a good night's sleep, climb one of the staircases to bed: the first floor is split-level, and divided into two wings. Up one staircase you'll discover five bedrooms, three king-size (one with an en-suite) and two twins, as well as a bathroom and two shower rooms, so there'll be no queues for a hot soak or a bubble bath! The second staircase leads to the final two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, both with an en-suite. Once everyone is feeling refreshed and recharged from their stay, and the weather is warm, host a celebration outside. Grill a selection of treats on the BBQ and dine alfresco on the large lawn as the sun sets, followed by a dip in the hot tub.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Super property for large family gatherings. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen and excellent facilities. The shared pool was the perfect temperature and clean. The Farmhouse had sole use of a hot tub, full size snooker table and skittle alley - all were well used during our stay! We had a fantastic week at Kibbear Farmhouse.

Fantastic house with a fabulous swimming pool - hot tub and snooker table / skittle alley. Only slight disappointment was the poor quality of outdoor furniture and snooker accessories. Kitchen generally very well stocked but for 14 two toasters and two kettles would add value - would definitely recommend this property

A lovely house with a great swimming pool and games room. Some of the appliances could have been more efficient. A bit noisy as its close to the M5 but didnt spoil our enjoyment. Would certainly consider going back.

This is by far the best property we have every had. Swimming pool excellent. Snooker table and skittles. Plenty of room for the 13 of us to spread out. Kitchen very well equipped. Just one small criticism would be about all the unlevel floors, with lots of little steps.
