Also ideal for quiet days in, this spacious property has vast indoor space and excellent entertainment amenities making it perfect for large gatherings. The grounds offer perfect seclusion for whiling away the hours undisturbed.

 

Entering into the spacious hallway, notice the beautifully preserved original features which are kept throughout the property. A handy ground floor WC and a utility room provide excellent convenience. The large cinema room with comfy sofas and bean bags is a great place for everybody to spend relaxed evenings in, and features imposing exposed beams. Entertain all ages with a projector, Smart TV/DVD and Netflix, or challenge friends to a game of pool on the full-sized pool table. The huge open plan lounge/kitchen/diner provides a bright and sociable space and features a lofty vaulted ceiling. We were a party of ten and celebrating my sons 18th Birthday. The cottage on first impressions certainly had a wow factor when you walked in. It was clean and very well equipped. Booked cottage for my partners birthday. The cottage was immaculately clean, with loads of space for the 9 of us plus 1 dog! Photos on the website don't do it justice. Plenty of things to do with the games room, cinema wall and hot tub outside. Plus some good local walks. We had a perfect weekend.

Absolutely loved our stay. The property was very well equipped and the building, furnishings and decor were characterful, cosy and comfortable. The Xmas decorations were lovely as were the Prosecco, Chocs and Dog Treats that the Owners had left to welcome us. Would definitely stay again/recommend to others.

We had a week at the property in August as a party of 10 (6 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 younger children) and found it superb. The cottage has loads of space, is very well equipped for a large group and is in a lovely location. The owners were very friendly and helpful but didn't intrude in any way on our privacy. Horslett Barn is absolutely fabulous. The decor is beautiful and everything is finished to a high standard. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The cinema room and pool table were a great hit as well as the hot tub which was situated in a lovely spot especially when it started to get dark as they had lights for the trees. You will need a car as nearest shop is a spar 10 mins away or Bude is 25 mins drive but the house has everything you could possibly need. This holiday home is fabulous! It has everything you could wish for! The cinema and games room is a fantastic bonus. Wonderful property, quiet and away from everything to relax and unwind. Our third visit here, and perfect for 3 generations to get together. Great space to be together, but also all bedrooms have en-suites so you have your own privacy. Well equipped, and a lovely bottle of fizz and box of chocs were left for our arrival

This is a very lovely barn conversion on a working farm. It has been done out to a very high standard and is extremely spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. We went with our grown up children, their partners and our dogs. The hot tub was enjoyed daily and the pool table was popular. An exceptional high class holiday cottage in every respect. Lived up to our expectations with a very few minor issues. You need to drive a fair amount; however this is a super base for the coastline/attractions/walks/towns etc., for all the family, from Grandparents to the kids.

Beautiful barn conversion in an idyllic spot. Stayed in the heatwave and it was cool and comfortable (lots of fans) Owners really helpful and would love to stay again maybe in the winter to use that lovely log burner. Highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic week with all our family from new born through toddlers to grandparents. Well equipped kitchen (we cooked every night) and plenty of space to spread out. Lovely safe location for kids so quiet and peaceful but only a short drive to the beach. We would definitely rebook.
