Perfect for those looking to enjoy the outdoor offerings of South Wales whilst also chilling out in a stylish environment in the evening. Sleeping 12 across three versatile bedrooms, the property is ideal for those on a stag or hen do, or simply a large group of active friends looking for a fun weekend away.

Both designed and decorated with style throughout, it's clear to see that a lot of thought has gone into this renovation. Exposed white brick contrasts modern black windows and doorframes, and most walls feature graffiti-style street art. The open-plan living area is an extremely sociable space, bringing relaxation, dining and cooking together in one room. Your budding chef friends can take over the kitchen whilst everyone else lounges on the huge L-shaped sofa and watches something on the Smart 4K TV, before congregating at the generous dining table with space for all. Keep an eye out for a fridge full of complimentary beers and raise a toast to spending time together. When it's time for bed, you'll find all manner of guest make-ups are catered for. Three bedrooms (all of which have en-suites) sleep four, with fold-away bunk beds and a zip-and-link king-size or twin bed. To top the place off, you'll find games like table football and air hockey inside and a furnished rear garden with BBQ in the courtyard. There's also a lockable bike store for 12 bikes, ideal if you're enjoying a cycling holiday.

A stay in the Afan Valley offers plenty of both walking and cycling routes for both the novice and more experienced sportsmen, however, mountain bikers in particular will adore the proximity to the Afan Forest Park (9.5 miles). This rugged, hilly terrain boasts six world-class mountain biking trails and offers over 100km of single track trails, as well as a designated bike park. The best place in which to begin this route is at the park's visitor centre just 4 miles away. Alternatively, head to Swansea Marina (11 miles) and join the specially designed Swansea Bike Path, a 6-mile route that is perfect for beginners, and offers you remarkable scenery all the way to Mumbles (15 miles). After heading back into Swansea, be sure to check out their host of independent restaurants and bars, and don't leave without trying a fruit welsh cake.

Great position to explore especially if you're a cyclist. Great venue for a group of people. Really enjoyed the tableble tennis and football machines - we had a fab time. All bathrooms use push button taps - run for a few seconds only. One set temp for all taps.

Whilst this is not the prettiest accommodation from the outside it works brilliantly. Super open plan space for our adult family group to spend time together. Well appointed with all the mod cons you could ask for. Great spot for access to forest and surrounding areas. The drying room worked excellently and was well used by us. Cant fault it in anyRead more way and we plan to return. Hide

Overall a pleasant stay. Pros: Big open space for lounging and cooking. The dining table was lovely and allowed us all to sit down and enjoy meals together. Clean bedding and towels and lots of kitchen equipment for the stay. Cons: Shower was disappointing as it was mounted so high so there was no pressure in the water by the time it reached the boRead moredy. A few malfunctioning entertainment (air hockey/foostable) but owners can easily fix this. The size of the TV is small for the room. Hide

We had a great week at Depot Road and were very impressed by the facilities. It is very well equipped to deal with lots of people doing cycling and surfing, with plenty of room to store bikes and dry wetsuits. The bedrooms have ample storage too and the living space is also spacious and comfortable. We cooked a lot and found the kitchen the best eqRead moreuipped that we have ever stayed in. For people who like to cycle the location is great, being very close to the cycle track and Afan National Park. Hide
