Lovely property in a fantastic location just minutes walk from Shanklin beach and promenade. At the end of the road is a lovely pub with beautiful sea views perfect for a drink or some food and the village is minutes walk away. The house was nice but very basic for a big family stay for a week, in need of some tlc. Cant fault location.

Overall very good and in a great location. Gardens, hall, sitting room, games room and kitchen/diner all 10/10. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are huge - all 10/10 but the single is very small with no wardrobe or cupboard space and only really suitable for a child. The bathrooms let the house down a bit though - the small shower room with toilet is very crampRead moreed and the shower in the main bathroom needs replacing as the door was broken and it took half an hour for the water to drain away. Lovely house well furnished, ideal for large families. Pool table, table tennis absolutely a godsend to keep teenagers occupied when weather is poor. Only downside is that there is an old musty smell that lingers throughout the house.

Such a fantastic house, it was perfect for us as a large family along with my dad. Just a few minutes walk down to the seafront or a short walk in to the town. Close to everything, no problems parking on the road, plenty of space and a great base for exploring the rest of the Island. Highly recommended.

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 labradors and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house was well appointed with everything we needed, and the enclosed garden was perfect for the dogs. The house is within easy reach of the Coastal path and a short walk to Shanklin.
