This property suited our group of 12 cyclists just right. It's up a very steep narrow road from Brecon and then down an umade farmer's track into a superbly peaceful idyll in the heart of the Brecons. There was plenty of room for us to mingle and chill and to eat together at the long trestle table. Beautiful walk up to Pen y Fan from right outside,Read more and some superb Welsh hills to ride to (Devil's Staircase, Black Mountain, Devil's Elbow, Gospel Pass, The Tumble). We'll hope to come back next year, once our legs have recovered! Hide

We had SUCH a lovely time here. We were able to not use the car for most of our holiday doing amazing walks from the door. It was amazingly beautiful and very few people. The barn was lovely and warm and comfortable. Thank you- felt like a proper break to get up and go hiking each day.

Had a lovely 4 night break, the cottage is great for large groups there were 2 family's in our group and it was extremely comfortable, I'd really recommend it for any large groups. Roads leading down to it are a bit narrowand quite bumpy in places use your second car if possible.

Great place to stay if you're after a trip away in the Brecons. Felt like it would be an ideal place for a group of hikers to use, the place was well kept and the hosts were very easy and friendly to deal with.
