Set in 50 acres of private grounds in the Conwy Valley, this magnificent detached farmhouse was lovingly restored and extended in 2016 and offers spacious accommodation with panoramic rural views.

Just a short drive from the popular and historic walled market town of Conwy, this fantastic property offers bags of space in a stunning countryside location, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a rural retreat from which to explore the attractions of North Wales. Dominated by its medieval castle, Conwy is a World Heritage town with narrow streets leading to the picturesque harbour. Feast on freshly caught seafood in a local eatery or savour salty fish and chips sat on the seawall. Squeeze into the smallest house in Great Britain but be prepared to queue as this tiny attraction draws big crowds. Lace up your hiking boots for leisurely walks along the Conwy River or relaxed rambles through the tranquil Conwy Valley.

Set in 50 acres of grounds, this imposing farmhouse enjoys spectacular countryside views and tastefully blends original period features with contemporary style. Tastefully decorated in soothing tones, the inviting lounge is centred around the warming wood burner in its feature fireplace. Sink into the squishy sofas and relax after a long day in the fresh air. A separate snug with wood burner is a comfortable space for family board games or curling up with a good book. The modern kitchen boasts plenty of space to prepare family meals or celebratory dinners to share at the elegant dining table. A cosy double bedroom with en-suite shower room can be found on the ground floor. Upstairs are a further four bedrooms, all tastefully decorated and dressed in crisp linens. The master super king-size bedroom is a light and airy room with en-suite bathroom and small seating area ideal for relaxing with a morning coffee. A king-size double bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, while a twin zip-and-link bedroom and twin bedroom share the family bathroom. Outside, you have 50 acres of countryside and farmland to explore. When you return from your evening ramble, watch the sun set from your private hot tub as the BBQ heats up ready for an al fresco meal late into the night.

With two sandy beaches, choose your spot for beach games, sandcastle building and paddling in the blue seas. Secure your seat for the famous Punch and Judy show on the Victorian pier, spend your pennies in the arcade or have a crabbing competition from the pier side. If you can drag yourself away from the beach, take the cable car up the Great Orme, a mini mountain rising nearly 700feet from the sea. From the top follow the nature trail along the clifftop, keeping an eye out for the resident Kashmiri goats. If you don't fancy the walk back down, then the fastest way to travel is by snow-tube or toboggan from the Llandudno Ski and Snowboard Centre.

Booked as a large mixed family group for Diwali weekend. The house was perfect, big enough for everyone to have their own space, with fantastic communal spaces, and a properly equipped cooking kitchen. The hot tub was a joy, the views and grounds gorgeous. Loads of thoughtful touches and a really generous welcome pack of food.
