Ilfracombe is a bustling place at any time of the year, in summer it bustles with families making for the beach and in winter it has an undiscovered quaint, charm which will make you want to return again and again. Back up to the ground floor a staircase leads up to the first, second and third floors which incorporate five bedrooms. On the first floor you will find a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) with TV and en-suite shower room and WC, also on this for is a single bedroom and a separate WC. On the second floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC and a king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) also having an en-suite shower and WC. The last bedroom is found on the third floor and consists of a family room with a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a 2’6” twin on request) and an additional single bed, TV and an en-suite bathroom with bath and WC. Also, on the third floor is the cinema room, a fantastic feature perfect for an evening of entertainment for all the family with TV/DVD, CD player, PlayStation 3 and a selection of DVDs.
Stepping outside from the ground floor lounge is an enclosed courtyard area with garden furniture and a built-in charcoal BBQ, perfect for a spot of al fresco dining. There is allocated parking for up to four cars, five on request, in lockable parking spaces just 100 yards from the property.
