This fantastic, well-presented and spacious modern house, built and equipped to a high standard, is situated in a quiet spot immediately next to the championship golf course at Trevose. With sea views and the golden sands of Constantine Bay just 400 metres away, this is the ideal base for friends or families to experience a classic beachside holiday. Whether you're looking for an active holiday including surfing and other water sports, a social gathering at the Trevose Golf Club, a family- and dog-friendly holiday where you can spend all day on the beach, or just walking for miles along the winding cliff, Constantine Bay has something that will appeal to everyone. The beach allows dogs all year round, meaning that you don't have to leave your best friend at home. And, of course, the kids will love exploring the tidal rock pools and vast expanse of sand that has long made this beach one of the best-loved along this stretch of the beautiful North Cornish coast. With many other incredible beaches in the area, you will be spoilt for choice daily. Also nearby is the popular harbour town of Padstow (4.5 miles), where you can sample some of the country's best seafood restaurants. The world-renowned Eden Project (21 miles) is well worth a day trip.

This expansive property has been arranged ‘upside-down’ to make the most of the magnificent views across the golf course to Trevose Head and the sea. On the ground floor is the first of two comfortable lounges with two sofas and a Smart TV. There are four bedrooms on this floor, all with twin single beds and two with en-suite bathrooms featuring a bath, separate shower and WC. Also on this floor is a shared shower room with WC, utility room and conservatory with table tennis table ensuring holiday fun for the entire family. Upstairs is the second, larger lounge with four sofas, two armchairs, a Smart TV with Sky and an open fireplace with stone surround. From here, you can enjoy views over the golf course to Trevose Head and the Atlantic Ocean. The dining room shares these same captivating views from its elevated position. The fully-equipped open-plan kitchen/breakfast room features a central island and everything you could need to whip up a feast. There are two further bedrooms on this first floor, one with an en-suite bathroom, separate shower and WC, and both with twin single beds. The stylish, modern family bathroom has a bath and separate shower cubicle.

Outside, the grounds, extending to 0.4 acres, are laid mainly to lawn and sheltered by trees to the west and east. The house is surrounded by paved split-level terraces with lovely stone walls. A large first-floor balcony with glass railings faces southwest and comes complete with outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue for spectacular sunset dining.

This house is very special. It has a wonderful location, lots of space and great views from the sitting room. We didnt use the balcony as it was too cold but I imagine in the summer it would be amazing. Our kids loved the table tennis room.

Absolutely superb location with stunning views over the golf course towards Constantine Bay. Nice garden for dogs to use (not enclosed though) and plenty of outside furniture available on the 2 balconies of the property. Was a good base for a large family holiday (9 adults, 2 toddlers and 3 dogs), within easy reach of all the local facilities /Read more tourist attractions. Plenty of room within the property for us all. Hide

Trefebus is a great property for a family holiday, so close to the beach, plenty of bedrooms and the sunset from the living room/balcony is just the best ever. We've been a couple of times now and you just can't beat it :-)
