This smart, contemporary house is ideal for a large group seeking a reviving and relaxing holiday by the sea. And the sea couldn’t be closer – spectacular Perranporth Bay is less than a mile from the doorstep. The bay offers a vast sandy stretch for sandcastle building, water sports for thrill seekers, and even a beach bar for those who plan to spend their visit taking it easy. Perranporth town is well served with shops, cafes and restaurants, and for those who want to explore the North Cornwall coastline further, there are several well-marked coastal paths leading out of the town.

Accommodation is found on three floors in this generously sized Perranporth townhouse. On the ground floor, there is a long, dual-aspect lounge with an attractive bay window at the front and French doors leading out onto the patio at the rear. A wood burner and plenty of comfortable seating completes the room. A bright kitchen and utility room offer all cooking, washing and laundering amenities, and there is also a contemporary dining room with a ten-seater table where guests can linger over evening meals. Also on this level is a handy cloakroom with WC. On the first floor, there is a super-king-size bedroom with its own dressing room and en-suite shower room, a bedroom with twin zip-and-link beds, a bedroom with twin bunk beds and lovely views over Perranporth Bay, and a large bathroom with a bath and a handheld shower. Finally, up on the second floor, you’ll find two further bedrooms, one with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and the other with twin zip-and-link beds, both enjoying fabulous views over the bay.

Outside, the patio area makes an excellent entertaining space with seating and a BBQ, and guests can even make use of an outdoor thermostatic shower to rinse off the sand after a day at the beach.

Location was perfect. The large dining table was the centre of the home. Perfect for the baby of the family to walk around safely..dogs too. Couldnt have asked for anything more. Have already booked for next year.

Great property in a great location - on a quiet road, and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of places to eat & drink in Perranporth, the beach is great, and a good base to travel to St Ives, Newquay, Padstow etc.
