This spacious property is located on a quiet no-through road less than half a mile’s walk from Trevone Bay, a sandy beach that’s popular with families and surfers; other lovely beaches nearby include Harlyn Bay (2 miles) and Constantine Bay (3 miles). The South West Coast Path runs nearby the house and around Travose Head, a National Trust headland with far-reaching views - dolphins, seals, basking sharks and even the occasional whale can be spotted from the cliffs as well as a wide variety of birds. You’re just 2 miles from Padstow, which is a good base for watersports and boat trips as well as being renowned as a foodie destination.

Sink into a sofa next to the wood burner in chilly weather and watch TV or play pool; grab a seat at the breakfast bar in the kitchen and chat to the chef while dinner is being made. There’s a dining table in the conservatory or if the weather is fine why not have a barbecue? A handy utility room has a door to the rear garden and there are two bathrooms, a shower room and family bathroom with a shower and bath. Choose from a king-size bedroom or two twins, and a room with bunk beds is suitable for children.

The accommodation was spacious, warm and very well equipped which met all our needs. It is really well placed with ample parking. It is only a short walk to the beautiful Trevone beach. For young children the pool table was an excellent addition.

The instructions before our arrival and in the house were excellent. The house was excellent with plenty of space for us all to be comfortable. I would 100% recommend this place to friends and family and would come back and stay again. All of my friends who stayed all said how good the place was. Very pleased. Thanks

All in all a great location to stay and the property has everything that you need. Plenty of games and the pool table a great hit! The property however does feel a little tired and in need of some improvements but this didnt stop us enjoying our stay!

Home is in an amazing quiet location so close to Trevone bay. Beautiful gardens, perfect for dogs. Very homely feeling with lots of books and games for all ages. Pool table provided great entertainment on rainy days. House itself is spacious but dated in dcor and the current finish is fairly basic.

The Bower is a well appointed and welcoming family space all on one level. It is perfectly situated in a quiet side road with ample parking and only five minutes walk to Trevone beach. The open plan kitchen diner and lounge was ideal for family time along with a superb outdoor space. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lovely, open-plan house, in a great position, close to the beach and cafe. The pool table and ping pong table were so useful when it was raining. Friendly owners. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely house in great location with a good garden for dogs and well equipped. The outside of the property is very tired and could do with some maintenance and painting and so let's it down.

Trevone beach was only a short distance away and the children loved it. There were plenty of games to keep the children happy. The facilities were great, a washing machine, a washing up machine, a tumble dryer made life easy. The beds were comfortable and our stay for the week was lovely.

It was a great house in an excellent location for the beach with lovely country views out the back. The pool and table tennis tables were a big bonus. Bedrooms were comfortable and the showers worked well.
