The house sits 1.5 miles outside Llanbedrog, a pretty coastal village with a stunning National Trust-owned beach famous for its colourful beach huts. Llanbedrog sits on a stretch of beach-strewn coastline between two busier resort towns, Abersoch (3 miles) and Pwllheli (6 miles). Both are wonderful destinations for a traditional seaside holiday, and you can reach them by car, or on foot along scenic coastal trails.

Natural light abounds in this bright and airy holiday home. Most of the ground floor is taken up with a lovely open-place living space, including a relaxing lounge with squashy leather sofas arranged in front of a Smart TV. Behind the lounge is a well-equipped kitchen finished to a high standard and containing an island/breakfast bar with stools and a long dining table. A wall of glass doors floods this room with light and opens onto the fantastic patio. A second lounge room, a cosier space with oversized leather sofas, a feature fireplace and a second TV, allows your party to spread out during the evening. This property has two ground-floor bedrooms, one twin and one double, which has a glass door to the patio. Finishing off the ground floor is a stylish shared bathroom and a utility room with a sink, laundry facilities and an extra WC. On the first floor, you’ll find a comfortable king-size room with sea views, a spacious L-shaped twin with a sloped ceiling and views of the mountainous countryside, and the generously proportioned primary bedroom. Not given full marks for equipment as we would have liked; a hairdryer in each bedroom; fans as there is no air-conditioning; blinds or curtains in the main kitchen living area as there is no escape from the glare of the sun in the morning; more waste bins as they were all almost full when we arrived and the bins were far too small for such a largeRead more holiday home. We also felt that the check in was very late and check out very early, particularly as we were requested to strip the beds ourselves and leave for 9am, difficult with children. On the plus side the magnificent views took our breath away and is far superior to the photos shown on the website. Hide
