The town’s famous pier is just 150 metres away, with a range of amusements, shops and restaurants. Southwold Model Boat Pond is just around the corner, and the property is ideally situated for anyone wanting to enjoy the beach which is lined with colourful beach huts. The town has a great range of great pubs and independent shops, with other attractions including the lighthouse and cannons. Africa Alive, RSPB Minsmere, Henham Park, Thorington Theatre, Henstead Exotic Gardens and Southwold Maize Maze are all within 12 miles.

Entering this spacious property, the delightful lounge is a welcoming space with light streaming through the large windows, plenty of seating and French doors leading to the garden, making it a lovely spot for everyone to unwind in. At the heart of the house is the stylishly designed open-plan kitchen/diner, and there’s an additional snug, ideal for younger guests. A handy shower room is on the ground floor, ideal for anyone coming back from the beach. Going upstairs, the first floor offers four light and tasteful bedrooms: two beautiful king-size rooms, each with en-suite facilities, and two lovely twin rooms. French doors open from the lounge and the kitchen onto a large, decked area overlooking the generous garden. Featuring a choice of outdoor furniture and a BBQ, the decked area makes a lovely spot for al fresco dining, and the tiered lawn provides plenty of space for children to play.

Location couldnt be better in Southwold- few minutes walk to lovely beach. Very well equipped and spacious house and large decked area very good for outdoor dining/sitting. Large lawned garden for children to enjoy. On street parking easy on this road as well if multiple cars

Lollipop House was ideally situated for a family beach holiday. There was plenty of space for 3 families to be together but not cramped. It was good to be able to park on the property. We had booked it for a special family reunion and a celebration. We have left with many good memories.
