Explore the stunning North Devon coastline, walk from Ilfracombe to the National Trust Torrs, this 3.2-mile route follows the South West Coast Path passing through wooded terrain to The Torrs – the views across the Bristol Channel are amazing! Another favourite route is just to wander through the town, a landscape of magnificent cliffs towering above the picturesque harbour makes it well worth the effort. Pack up a picnic and head to the Tunnels Beach, stroll around the historic harbour and look out for Damien Hirst's 'Verity' sculpture all within a mile of the house.

The property is in an elevated location and set over three levels. Several of the rooms have impressive balconies with sea views across the town and countryside towards the ocean. Step into the entrance hall which leads into the well-equipped open-plan kitchen/dining room with breakfast bar and separate utility room beyond. Bi-fold doors open onto the balcony from the dining area with excellent views. Just off the kitchen is a hall with a modern shower room. The comfortable living room is well furnished and comfortable, this leads into a large conservatory with full width bi-fold doors which open onto the decked and enclosed terrace. Inside, stairs lead down to the lower ground floor hall with an exterior door which provides access to the garden. All of the four bedrooms and family bathroom are on the first floor. The dual-aspect super-king bedroom has bi-fold doors opening onto a decked balcony with glass surround and views over Ilfracombe and out towards the sea and coastline.
