This contemporary bungalow is in the centre of a seaside village and near the beach, ideal for groups or families who want to explore Aldeburgh and other picturesque destinations across the Suffolk coast. Head into town (less than half a mile) to admire the Georgian buildings, browse the independent shops selling all sorts from clothes to antiques, and try the local cafes or the fish and chip shop. The promenade is lined with colourful villas: stroll along and stop at the pebbled beach to see fishermen selling their fresh catches, perhaps buying some for group dinners back at the holiday home. Soak up some culture at the town museum or The Red House, where local musician Benjamin Britten composed. Visit nearby seaside village Thorpeness (2.5 miles) to row on the artificial lake or you can discover myriad trails over the heath and common land.

Access this lovely, one-level home from home via a step into the beautifully renovated open plan living space. The new high end Kitchen boasts Electric oven and induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and the Nespresso machine is a highlight. Impressively large patio doors line the dining area, where there’s an eight-seater table and further armchairs. Each bedroom has the added luxury of its own en-suite. A very good property in an excellent location but sadly let down slightly inside with some basic facilities and attention to detail

My family were blown away by Limosa. The feeling of space and tranquility in this lovely home made our holiday so memorable. Superb location in a quiet little road off the High Street , so convenient for the shops and restaurants. Off road parking for two cars and garden space surrounding the house makes for a perfect holiday home. Lovely kitchenRead more and everything you could wish for in the way of utensils. Lovely welcome hamper including milk and tea bags and coffee which was a lovely gesture. Underfloor heating made the home very comfortable, it would be better to have some hanging space / drawers in the twin bedroom and some hanging space in the front bedroom , although we managed to share out the wardrobe space in the two rear bedrooms. It was a little unusual not to have any coat hooks in the hall space. Also maybe hooks behind doors would help with dressing gowns etc. We have already booked up for another holiday in Limosa. Hide

Excellent location for the town and beach. The drive has adequate room which allowed 3 cars to be parked. The property comes with a lot of outdoor seating, giving the choice of a sunny area or shade. Overall, we would highly recommend this holiday let.

Property was in an excellent central location, not far from the famous fish and chip shop. Everything we needed was in the property. Garden a nice size and lucky with weather. Would stay here again
