Absolutely beautiful farmhouse. Very well equipped and extremely warm. The pool and games room were fabulous. I would highly recommend this property. My grandchildren enjoyed splashing about in the pool behind the house. The owner lives on site and could not have been more helpful. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

A fabulous stay at Lower Gill Farmhouse.. the house was really comfortable and had everything we needed, including towels for using at the pool. We all enjoyed using the pool which was warm and clean. We'd love to return again!

The facilities on site are ideal . Pool and games room much better than expected. Pool nice and warm and a good size . Great property. We spent new year at lower gill farm house, we were a large party including young children. The swimming pool and games room was great. The cottages are in a good location, with plenty things to do nearby, we would definitely go back!

We recently spent a long weekend at lower gill and wagtail cottages in tosside and had a fabulous time. We were a large party which included infants, toddlers and teenagers and there was something there for everyone. The cottages were lovely, very spacious and clean and we were really happy with the on-site facilities. The swimming pool was great aRead morend we really liked having our own time slots so that only our family was using it during our session. The games room was also very popular and it was a nice surprise that you only had to pay for the light for the snooker table, everything else was free. The cottages are in a beautiful location, close to Settle and Skipton. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back. Hide

All in all it was a lovely break, only issue I could comment on was the sofas as they were that low it was a struggle to get up and down from them especially for my elderly parents, also the floor was badly worn so you could catch yourself unless you ware shoes all the time. Great property for us and our children and grandchildren to enjoy. Clean and well equiped. The kitchen is excellent, with plenty of cupboard space and large fridge and separate freezer. We've been twice and will be returning again. Pool and games room are excellent, and timed private use is really appreciated.

We have just returned from a fantastic family weekend break at Lower Gill holiday cottages. A family group of 15 (ages ranging from 10 to 75) and 4 dogs. We stayed in Lower Gill Farmhouse and Jenny Wren cottage which were both scrupulously clean and well equipped. There was something for everyone - a swimming pool, games room, tennis court, and foRead moreotball pitch, along with fabulous countryside, a stream and walks straight from the door. We were also very lucky with the weather and were able to take advantage of the large BBQ. We highly recommend Lower Gill and are already planning a return visit. The only minor negative comment is that it would have been nice to have more information on things to do/walks and maps of the area, although I do appreciate that these may have been removed because of Covid precautions.
