An airy, inviting holiday home in Constantine Bay, this welcoming retreat could be perfect for a family break or for a group of friends. Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom house also comes with a superb garden, where children can play and adults can bask in the sunshine. From the property, venture 1 mile to the sandy beach at Treyarnon Bay, where you can swim, paddle and picnic on the sand. Keen golfers might like to play on the course at Constantine Bay, while walkers could plan hikes out along the South West Coast Path. Organise a day trip into Newquay, 10.5 miles away, to browse in the shops, dine out and take the children to the zoo or the aquarium.

This is a welcoming holiday home. On the ground floor, you’ll find a very large and well-equipped kitchen diner with patio doors leading out to the garden which makes it a light and welcoming space. There’s also a comfortable lounge where you can stoke up the wood burner during the autumn and winter months and gather together in front of the Smart TV in the evenings. Extra living space also comes in the shape of a sunny conservatory that looks out over the garden. There’s also a family shower room and handy utility room on this floor as well as a cosy twin with TV. Upstairs are three further bedrooms - a king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and TV with far reaching countryside views, a double bedroom with TV and DVD player, as well as a bunk bedroom which has stunning distant sea views. The family bathroom is also here.

Outside there is a generous garden to the front of the house or relax on the patio and lawn to the rear which has plenty of seating if you fancy eating outside, watching the children play on the grass. Light the BBQ when you choose and enjoy the hot and cold outside shower after beach trips.

Great location, close to beaches and golf course. Lovely walks and lots of places to eat and drink. Kittiwake is well equipped and comfortable, a home from home.
