Situated in the seaside village of Abersoch, in North Wales, is this modern four-bedroom home. The property is an ideal space for a family and is set out over four floors, with each floor boasting comfortable furnishings. Abersoch village is only 500 metres from the property and is a pleasant place for a stroll with its narrow streets dotted with local shops, restaurants, and bars. The village also boasts mountain and sea views and around 19 beaches nearby. Harbour Beach is a good spot for a swim and is less than 0.5 miles from the property while Porth Neigwl Beach is 3 miles away and has waves that are good for surfing and kayaking. Alternatively, hop on a boat at Abersoch Harbour and spend the day on the water spotting sea birds, seals, and dolphins around Saint Tudwal’s Islands.

On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a neat double bedroom with en-suite shower room. From here, stairs sweep up to the first floor and the breezy, open-plan living area. Take it easy in the lounge, with its plump sofas and chair, chat with family or slide open the huge glass patio doors and let the outside, in. From the lounge, step through to the narrow dining area and enjoy a sociable meal at the oak table which seats eight people. A kitted-out kitchen overlooks the dining area but when the weather is good, push open the kitchen’s bi-fold doors and let the sea air breeze in. A staircase leads up to the second floor where two bedrooms are located. Featuring a double bed and twin beds, the rooms are a comfortable size with plenty of wardrobe space. The front bedroom also has a balcony, and it’s a lovely, quiet spot for a morning coffee. There’s also a family bathroom on this floor. Stairs lead to the third floor where a double bedroom is located. The room is airy and light with countryside views and an en-suite shower room. The whole house benefits from underfloor heating, keeping it warm on chillier days.

Back on the first floor, open the kitchen’s bi-fold doors and step out onto the gravelled patio. Eat at the table and chairs or simply relax and bask in the sun. There’s also a front balcony off from the lounge where you can pull up a chair and enjoy sunset views. On the first floor, the front bedroom also benefits from a private balcony.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here - the house is beautiful in a great location. Plenty of space and a great outdoor space too. Would love to return and highly recommend!

Tiny tv in main room. 2 blinds that don't work. Damaged chairs. No toilet rolls on arrival. Very spacious property in a great location

Some of the pans and baking was not left in clean manner think an inspection needs to be carried out once the property is vacated , the lower floor room the bed is not suitable for two adults as it collapsed on mothers occasions bed seems cheap

Great house in a fabulous location. Well appointed. Slight issue that not enough cutlery for 8. Some needs to be replaced
