Located just metres from the beach, with plenty of space for up to 10 guests, three outside areas and private parking, this property is a rare find. Pop over the road to access the sheltered cove of Abersoch Harbour Beach where you can learn to surf, relax on a boat tour, or just meander on the soft sands when the tide is out. Wander into the centre of Abersoch, less than 0.5 miles away, with an excellent range of places to eat, including restaurants, bistros, bars, fish and chip shops, and a tea shop. Or treat yourself to some retail therapy in the village, where there are trendy craft, gift, clothing, and sports shops, as well as two very well stocked supermarkets. Try wakeboarding or surfing at the Harbour Beach or Abersoch Main Beach, 0.5 miles away, or have a go at karting, archery, bowling, or quad biking at Glasfryn Parc, 11 miles away. Enjoy amazing views of Hell's Mouth Bay (Porth Neigwl), Bardsey Island (Ynys Enlli, Isle of the Saints), Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay on foot or horseback at Cilan Riding Centre (3 miles away), or visit Plas Yn Rhiw, 6 miles away, a National Trust part 16th century Manor House with ornamental gardens that lead down to the sea with fantastic views across Cardigan Bay.

The detached cottage has lots of living space with a lounge/dining room with seating for 6 and sofas for chilling out on the ground floor. The kitchen is compact with everything needed to cook a great meal. Four of the five bedrooms are located on the ground floor, a king-size, a double, a twin, and a children’s room with bunk beds. Each of them has ample storage and the king room also enjoys French doors to the patio at the rear and an en-suite shower room. In addition, there’s a separate shower room for everyone’s use on the ground floor. Upstairs is a further lounge, which takes advantage of the stunning views across Abersoch Harbour, with seating for 8 and double French doors leading onto the terrace. Bedroom number 5, another double with gorgeous views across the harbour, is on the first floor, along with a third bathroom with a bath and shower.

Outside there are three areas to enjoy. The sun balcony has patio seating – perfect for spending relaxing evenings – and steps up to the sun terrace, with further seating and a fire pit. Both the sun balcony and sun terrace have fantastic panoramic views of the harbour and beach and are both south facing so enjoy sun all day. At the rear is another terrace, with outdoor seating for eight guests, views across the boatyard and a charcoal BBQ – perfect for spending evenings outdoors.

A lovely house, in a good position in Abersoch, near the harbour and a short walk to the beach. The house was well furnished, with quality fittings etc. The information supplied beforehand was plentiful and covered all essential details for our visit. We all enjoyed our week there.
