We have had such a lovely week here! Beautiful views of the harbour and estuary to enjoy from inside (including the two main bedrooms) and out on the balcony. Lovely to be able to watch the steam trains in the distance. Very welcoming ( lovely touch with the welcome basket) and well equipped kitchen for dining in. A lovely spacious property for a gRead moreroup of 8 to enjoy with the games room a bonus. Great location for exploring the coast and Snowdonia. Thank you - we look forward to coming back next year. The view from the boathouse was wonderful. The property itself is very spacious and well equipped. It is worth noting that the property is on three floors with the living space and most of the bedrooms are on the first floor and the master bedroom on the second floor.

We stayed for one week. A fantastic property. Just as described online. Amazing views of the estuary and a lovely long balcony and able to eat on it. The kitchen diner is huge and really comfortable. A very well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom is superb with breathtaking views. The second main bedroom is delightful with great views as well. ThRead moree two smaller bedrooms (both with twin beds) at the back of the property are very nice and comfortable, but each with very small bathrooms (an odd design). However, having four bathrooms in the property is great. There is a nice big room at the back of the property with a table tennis table and another tv. All in all, this is a really wonderful place. Ten minutes walk to restaurants and bars, we ate at three different places and all were excellent - Yr Hen Fecws restaurant was outstanding (went twice) with amazing staff, a super meal at Marina La Cucina and a wonderful curry at Glaslyn Tandoori. The fishmongers on the high street was excellent, he goes to market twice a week, so fresh. Hide
