The popular seaside resort of Abersoch is situated on the beautiful Llyn Peninsula and offers sandy beaches and internationally recognised sailing waters where visitors can partake in several water sports including windsurfing, sailing, paddleboarding and kayaking. There is also a wonderful selection of local amenities and activities including boutique shops, local restaurants and pubs, and an 18-hole seafront golf course. The Wales Coast Path is within easy reach of the property, as well as a number of walking and cycling routes through the stunning coastline.

This lovely, detached house is a warm and welcoming retreat with ample space and all rooms tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. A large hallway leads to the open-plan lounge/diner; a spacious room for guests to relax and dine together. A bright and sunny conservatory with further seating opens onto the lovely garden and sun terrace and there is a well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances. The ground floor is also home to three well-proportioned, light and airy bedrooms; one double, one twin and one bunk bedroom. There is also a modern family bathroom and a separate shower room. On the first floor is a lovely attic-style double bedroom with views across the garden, and a large landing which serves as a children’s games room with plenty of books, toys and a TV to keep younger guests entertained.

Outside, a lovely south-facing lawned garden with sun terrace and BBQ completes the property.

We have visited the property previously and the location is perfect. Within walking distance of the beach and town center.

The kitchen needed additional cleaning. We found many dark hairs in the cutlery drawer. More sharp knives would be welcome.
