Property code: OC-B637403

This detached four-bedroom retreat sits in the coastal village of Trevone, within a national landscape on Cornwall's north coast, where high sea cliffs flank a sheltered bay. Clifftop walks, surfing, and a lifeguard-patrolled beach make this a strong fit for families, surfers, and walkers. Trevone Beach is flanked by rugged cliffs that plunge into the Atlantic, with fine sand, rocky outcrops, and gentle shallows safe for swimming and paddling. A tidal sea pool along the cliff path towards Harlyn Bay (3 miles) is revealed at low tide – a striking spot to cool off between coastal walks. The village forms part of Cornwall's Seven Bays, a string of beaches each with its own character, connected by the South West Coast Path. Sheltered alcoves below the cliffs provide spots for a picnic with views out across the water, while Padstow, with its vibrant harbour, is 2 miles away.

The ground floor is centred around a spacious living room where sofas are arranged around a wood burner, with bi-folding doors opening onto the garden. A separate dining room sits alongside, featuring a wooden dining table and a flame-effect gas fire. The well-appointed kitchen offers a central island with stools, and a utility room leads off to one side. Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with a Smart TV, plus a family shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. On the first floor, the master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and sea views, with a separate dressing room and desk beyond. Its en-suite bathroom has a bath, separate shower, and WC. A second bedroom with a king-size bed opens onto a Juliet balcony, while a third bedroom with twin beds also has a Juliet balcony. A family shower room on the first floor completes the upper level, with a walk-in shower and WC.

The private garden has cosy seating areas, a covered veranda strung with fairy lights, a swing set, and an outdoor dining table. A Weber charcoal BBQ is available from May to September. Private parking on the driveway accommodates up to three cars, making your arrival and day trips easy.
