This light and welcoming holiday home in a quiet cul-de-sac is perfect for families or friends to share, with two inviting beaches just minutes away. One with golden sand, is ideal for swimming and surfing, the other has rock pools to explore and is patrolled by lifeguards in the summer. Stock up on local produce from the village farm shop or sample the day’s catch in one of the many seafood restaurants in charming town of Padstow (1.5 miles). Enjoy breathtaking scenery on cliff-top walks in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and look for the spectacular Blow Hole on the cliffs above the beach. Discover more great walks and bike rides on the Camel Trail, alongside the Camel River from Padstow. Or get behind the wheel at the Kart Circuit in St Eval (7 miles), with different fun tracks for all ages.

The house has a lovely, homely interior, with attractive country-style furnishings and a cosy open fire inside a feature stone chimney surround in the airy living/ dining room. French doors open to the garden and a patio. A separate lounge is comfortably furnished with a TV, DVD player and coal-effect electric fire and the well-equipped kitchen has a handy breakfast bar. Also on the ground floor is a bedroom with 3´ bunk beds and a shower room with WC. Upstairs are three roomy bedrooms: one king-size and two doubles, 2 of which have glorious views. One of these also contains 3´ bunk beds and the other has an ornamental period fireplace.

Outside, a suntrap patio has four steps leading to the lawned garden and a raised decked terrace with wonderful sea views, ideal for al fresco dining.
