Located on a working farm in the picturesque valley hamlet of Rookhope, Weardale, it offers plenty of private space for multigenerational families or groups of friends to truly relax. The nearby market town of Stanhope (4 miles) is great for independent shopping, riverside walks and an open-air swimming pool. From here, you can also hop aboard the Weardale Railway for a scenic journey to Bishop Auckland (19 miles). This part of County Durham is known for its spectacular waterfalls, including the mighty High Force (16 miles), which you can reach via two scenic routes, one of which includes a lovely woodland trail.

Inside, the property is light, bright and tastefully furnished throughout. The lounge is a calming space to return to after a day of sightseeing, with a sofa to unwind on in front of the Smart TV.
