Stepping into this property, you are welcomed by a striking double-height entrance with stairs leading to the upper floor and an airy, open feel throughout, creating an immediate sense of the space and light throughout the property. To the rear of the barn, a bright and practical utility area offers the perfect space for muddy boots and outdoor gear, complete with a washing machine and dryer to keep everything fresh throughout your stay. From here, doors lead to two beautifully styled bedrooms, one king-size and one double, each with its own contemporary ensuite shower room featuring walk-in showers. Each room has been thoughtfully designed with its own character and styling. Moving further through the barn, you’ll find a cosy traditional snug, furnished with comfortable sofas and a smart TV, creating a relaxed hideaway space to unwind while still enjoying views of the surrounding countryside. Beyond this, the home opens into its impressive centrepiece: a spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge, where large bi-fold windows flood the room with natural light and frame the landscape beyond. This inviting space includes generous seating, a smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast island, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a large dining table for eight, making it perfect for sociable meals and relaxed evenings together. We were lucky enough to be the very first guests to stay here, and we loved every minute of our holiday. The barn is beautifully finished and has been built to a very high standard. The kitchen is stunning, with quality appliances throughout the oven and hob were particularly impressive and made cooking a pleasure. The bathroom fittings felt luRead morexurious, and the skylights throughout the property are absolutely gorgeous. The master bedroom is simply breathtaking. The property is incredibly well equipped, with high-quality items rather than the budget furnishings you often find in holiday accommodation. It felt like a real home from home, but with a touch of luxury. One of our favourite features was the huge garden. We spent so much time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The views to the left of the property are absolutely incredible, and the lack of light pollution meant we were treated to some amazing stargazing at night. The laundry room deserves a special mention too. Having such a large, dedicated space with both a washing machine and tumble dryer felt like a real luxury. We returned home with no washing to do, which genuinely topped off the holiday for us! The hosts were wonderful and very welcoming throughout our stay. They even supplied us with batteries when we needed some, which was such a thoughtful touch. The barn offers so much space and has a wonderfully peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed for a family getaway. We would absolutely love to return in the future although hopefully it won't be fully booked after everyone discovers how fantastic it is! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hide
